We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates:
We use a simple flat-rate shipping structure to make checkout easy and predictable:
$7 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
For larger or heavier orders, a small additional percentage fee may be applied at checkout to help cover extra shipping costs.
This approach allows us to offer reliable delivery while keeping costs affordable.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or weather-related disruptions. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products (herbal preparations and personal care items), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items.
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return:
Please email us at info@girlonaroof.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
